General Overview
OnPitch is a global audience-engagement platform that gives you true ownership of your fan data. We provide tools to reach your fans directly via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email—bypassing social media algorithms and middlemen to ensure 100% deliverability.
While email is important, OnPitch is multi-channel. We combine the professional reach of email with the high open rates of SMS and the global reliability of WhatsApp. Our platform also includes built-in tools like Global Location Detection and Instagram Auto-Replies that make capturing data much faster than a standard sign-up form.
Yes. Unlike social platforms where you can lose access to followers overnight, OnPitch allows you to export your entire subscriber list (names, emails, and phone numbers) as a CSV file at any time. Your audience belongs to you, not the platform.
Messaging & Channels
International SMS can be expensive and unreliable. OnPitch uses WhatsApp to ensure you can reach fans in Europe, Latin America, and Asia with the same ease as a local text message. You manage all three channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) from a single unified dashboard.
You can set up custom keywords like "TEXT 'TOUR' to [Your Number]". When a fan texts that word, they are automatically added to a specific segment of your list and sent an instant reply. This is the gold standard for capturing data from the stage or via merch tags.
OnPitch offers Unlimited Instagram Auto-Replies. You can set it up so that whenever a fan DMs you a specific keyword or comments on a post, OnPitch automatically sends them a link to your intake form or pre-save. It turns temporary social engagement into a permanent contact list.
Targeting & Analytics
Yes. Our Global Location Detection identifies a fan's country and city when they sign up. Our Interactive Map allows you to visualize your fanbase and use Radius Targeting to message only the fans within a specific distance of a tour stop or pop-up event.
Every campaign includes real-time analytics. You can track open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth to see which releases or social posts are driving the most meaningful engagement.
Absolutely. You can group fans by interests (e.g., "Vinyl Collectors," "VIPs," or "Superfans") to ensure the right message hits the right people, significantly reducing "unsubscribe" rates.
Management & Migration

Yes. We have a Teams Feature designed for professional setups. You can bring on all stakeholders—including agents, managers, and label staff—to manage the account and view analytics.
Pricing & Security
OnPitch starts at $7/month, which includes a dedicated phone number and a Bonus Bundle of 300 messages (100 SMS, 100 WhatsApp, 100 Email). Beyond the bonus, it is strictly pay-as-you-go, so you only pay for what you actually send.
Yes. We handle the heavy lifting for global compliance (TCPA in the US, GDPR in Europe). This includes Verified Fan verification via one-time codes and automated "Unsubscribe" handling to keep your lists clean and legal.
No. We offer Unlimited Subscribers on all accounts. We don't believe in "taxing" your growth; your monthly subscription stays the same whether you have 100 fans or 100,000.
